THEIR careers might be over, and they’re not as fresh-faced as they were in their heyday, but these legends of sport prove they’re still attractive to the opposite sex.
And proving that age is nothing but a number, these famous names from the world of football, tennis, basketball and golf have also managed to score with younger women.
SunSport rounds them up, revealing how they met and what the age-gap is.
We start with a tennis legend…
ILIE NASTASE
Ex-Wimbledon winner Nastase, 73, may have been married four times before.
But that didn’t stop him from walking down the aisle with Ioana Simion, 43, during a “simple and beautiful” ceremony at the Mamaia resort in the seaside city of Constanta, Romania for a fifth time in June.
The pair, who have dated since 2018, have a 30-year age gap, but they don’t let that worry them.
Nastase and Simion have been civilly married since April 2019.
They met soon after after the former world number one divorced Brigitte Sfat.
MICHAEL JORDAN
The 57-year-old Chicago Bulls legend, currently the subject of Netflix documentary ‘The Last Dance’, met Cuban model Yvette Prieto, 41, in 2007 at a club.
He was previously married to Juanita Vanoy, who he divorced in 2006 in one of the most costliest splits of all-time.
Jordan and Prieto married in 2013 in a star-studded ceremony that cost around £10million in front of guests including Tiger Woods, Patrick Ewing, Spike Lee and Robin Thicke.
DIEGO MARADONA
The Argie legend, now 59, has always had a reputation as a ladies’ man.
He began dating Rocio Oliva, 29, when she was just 22 in 2013.
In 2018, Maradona proposed to the stunning blonde at a party that was held in the Bella Vista area of the Argentinian capital, Buenos Aires, to mark her birthday.
Rocio said yes and the pair reportedly celebrated with bottles of Dom Perignon champagne.
TIGER WOODS
She’s the woman that is said to have been crucial to Woods and his epic return.
Erica Herman, 34, is some 10 years younger than the golf legend.
The pair were first seen together watching the US win the Presidents Cup in New Jersey in October 2017.
Erica – who managed his pop-up restaurant titled The Woods – was wearing a “player spouse” badge usually reserved for wives and girlfriends.
And the pair went public with their relationship that November.
JIMMY WHITE
‘The Whirlwind’ began dating glamorous darts walk-in girl Jade Slusarczyk, 35, in 2018 – some six years after they first met.
Amazingly, the brunette beauty claimed she did not realise he was famous when they met in her home town at Snooker Shoot Out.
According to the Mirror, she said: “He told me he was 35 when I met him.
“I didn’t even know who he was or that he was famous.”
GREG NORMAN
The Aussie golf legend married third wife Kirsten Kutner, who is 13 years his junior, in 2010 – just a year after divorcing tennis legend Chris Evert.
However, there is some confusion over when they first met.
Norman’s first wife Laura Andrassy alleged that Greg had an affair with Kutner when they were married.
Norman is now 65, while Kutner is a sprightly 52.
JERRY LAWLER
WWE legend Lawler, 70, and his partner Lauryn McBride, 31, boast the biggest age gap between them.
They have dated since 2011, and got engaged in 2014.
The two are still together, despite a domestic violence incident in 2016 that resulted in Lawler getting temporarily suspended from the WWE.
IAN RUSH
The Liverpool legend reportedly popped the question to the Irish singer in 2019.
Carol is 22-years younger than Rushy, 58, but she’s previously admitted she doesn’t see the age gap as an issue.
They began dating in 2013.

DAVID GINOLA
The suave Frenchman, now a talkSPORT host, was always a football pin-up.
So it’s no wonder the handsome 53-year-old ex-Spurs star is dating a 30-year-old.
Maeva Denat is, unsurprisingly, a model.
Gina and Denat welcomed the pair’s first chid in 2018.
